Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing

The BLF are working with TWM Training Ltd to train their BLF active instructors to provide Tai Chi for wellbeing (TWM). They are offering weekly classes for people with a lung condition and their carers and our nearest one is in Wrexham!

Any one can do the simple exercises and they can be done in standing or in sitting. As well as the physical benefits such as improved balance and increased activity it can also help you learn mindfulness which is an important meditation tool that can help to improve your mental health and well being.
