I came across this article in Frontline, (the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy magazine) and felt it was to good not to share. Anne Robson is a retired physiotherapist but still participates in a daily exercise group in the care home where she lives and also encourages the other residents to join in. What a fantastic lady and a true inspiration to anyone of any age! It just shows what exercise can do to help you stay fit and active into later years and the benefits that it gives.
Follow the link to read more about Anne's fascinating career that saw her working as a training sergeant and then as a senior commander at the War Office in charge of physical fitness of all women in the auxiliary territorial service, ATS.
