It's love your lungs week!

The British Lung Foundation and Asthma UK are a mine of information for all things respiratory, and as it's the UK's Love your Lungs week it's even more important that we all help to raise awareness of lung health.

Living with a lung condition is hard and especially so with the added worry of Covid-19. It has meant that some patients have felt very isolated as a result of shielding. Patients have been keeping touch with one another via Health unlocked which is an online support network, but there are other options that you can use. Many of Breath Easy groups have gone virtual so you can access the support from the comfort of your own home.

Check out the following link for more tips and resources available to help keep you in touch
